In our previous post, we talked about the most common uses for our awnings: above door awnings, window awnings, and basement stair awnings. However, there are many more ways to use our awnings. Some different ways our customers have used our awnings are:
- Basement well covers
- Outdoor BBQ covers
- Walkways
In these situations, our customers chose to use our awnings in order to allow light in to the areas they wished to cover, while being strong and durable enough to weather the Canadian weather.
Clear or Brown?
We offer our awnings in two panel colours: clear and brown. Numerous customers have asked us what the better option is and genuinely it all depends on your needs! Both colours are UV protected on both sides, so it really depends on how much light you want in your home. The brown panels act as sunglasses, offering more diffused sunlight into your home, whereas the clear panels offer a clear, beautiful view of the sky while keeping the area covered and protected.
