I really wanted to compliment the customer service we received ordering through Canofix. Lately in general I find customer service from companies and contractors to be severely lacking, but with Canofix they were incredibly responsive and polite, answered emails so quickly and helped us find a solution to suit our needs when what we wanted was on backorder. From the onset of the initial call to Kevin, everything has been nothing but exemplary. Kevin responded on time and with a professional quote. Once the job was confirmed, we agreed on a date of install and Kevin kept communicating consistently. Kevin and his dad showed up, installed the awning perfectly and efficiently.
