Polycarbonate Panel
Our facility is able to fabricate the polycarbonate panels in a single sheet up to 90 feet in length. Therefore, you won’t need to worry about leakages between brackets.
Polycarbonate is safe and durable; able to withstand any Canadian weather conditions.
Polycarbonate Mounting Bracket
The design of our mounting bracket ensures a simple installation process.
No need to stress over perfectly measured spaces between the brackets, just mount and go.
Aluminum Support Bar
Aluminum support bars are manufactured at a length of 16.4 feet, which are then fabricated in our shop to the desired lengths of the customer.
It helps maintain the structure of the awning and its durability.
Specifications
- Polycarbonate Panel: 2mm (0.080″) UV Protected Polycarbonate Sheet
- Polycarbonate Mounting Bracket: Injection Molded Polycarbonate
- Aluminum Support Bars: Extruded Anodized Aluminum (Rust Proof)
- Two 1/2″ x 3″ anchor bolts are used to mount each bracket on brick walls
- Holes for wood screws are available on the bracket for installation on sidings/wood
- 6 screws for PC2a and PC2b models
- 8 screws for PC3, PC4 and PC5 models
